It’s all about getting out of your head and into your body, moving with intention, letting go and feeling the joy. Expect an uplifting space where you are empowered to be yourself and express yourself in a judgement free zone! 

F.I.T Combat

A high energy cardio workout inspired by combat moves and focuses on mindset. You’ll tap into your inner ninja, learning a sequence of moves to inspire to feel powerful and unstoppable. Regardless of your fitness level, it’s about breaking mental barriers, building strength and resilience from the inside out.

F.I.T Strength

Focusing on the foundation and building strength is key to life. F.I.T Strength is an educational workshop designed to help you master form, with a strong focus on technique and building confidence in lifting safely. Whether you’re starting out or levelling up, it’s about connecting mind to muscle and enhancing everyday movement.

 
F.I.T Bands

A full-body conditioning workout designed to activate and strengthen the smaller, stabilising muscle fibres that support overall strength and performance. Suitable for those rehabilitating injury and advanced movers looking to refine and challenge their training. Expect improved mobility, better range of movement, and a deeper connection to your body through controlled movement.

F.I.T Flow

Inspired by Animal Flow and yoga, with the added strength and rhythm of kettlebell flow. This session is all about moving with focus learning a sequence of moves designed to improve flexibility, mobility, coordination, and strength. It’s a powerful way to connect with your body, build control, and flow with purpose.


F.I.T Stretch

A mindful movement experience where you're guided by positive affirmation music, inviting you to close your eyes and turn your attention inward to honour what your body truly needs. With curiosity and intention, you'll explore slow, purposeful movements and stillness, helping you to release tension in both the mind and body. It’s a space to find balance, calm, and deep relaxation.
